Ryze Off Road Products
You can return any unused item that is manufactured by Ryze Off Road within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return a product within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be in new condition and include original packaging, all parts and paperwork. Ecoological does not accept returns of used products or products returned more than 30 days after delivery. All returns require authorization and a valid return authorization (RA) number.
Upon verifying the product has not been used and is still in new condition, your account will be credited. The credit will equal the cost of the product less a 15% restocking fee. Outbound and return shipping costs are not refundable.

This manufacturer accept all returns that meet the following conditions:
15-Day return period - Please be sure that your returned item is shipped (post marked) within 15 days of the date it was delivered to you (as shown on delivery company's tracking system).
Original packaging in good condition - Please note that all items will have to include all original packaging in good condition. (Free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings - including writing of any kind, etc.) If the manufacturer receives your return damaged or missing, the original packaging the item will be rejected and no refund will be granted
This manufacturer charges a 30% restocking fee and it will be deducted from your refund.

You are entitled to return your order within 30 days for any reason.
The deadline for returning an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The goods are in the original packaging
- The good are in new, resalable condition and include all hardware and accessories
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. All refunds will incur a 15% restocking fee.
*NOTE - Products sent back without proper information will not be credited for a refund.
WHY A RESTOCKING FEE
Why do automotive retailers and parts manufacturers charge a restocking fee on merchandise that isn't defective or the incorrect part? First and foremost, to keep our product costs (and thus, prices) low for all consumers.
There are a lot of costs associated with processing and shipping an order. If returns were free due to buyers remorse or not fully reading the product description/understanding what was being ordered, our prices would have to significantly increase to stay in business.
In addition to this, restocking automotive parts is far more difficult and time consuming that soft goods like clothing. Here's what goes into the restocking fee:
- Original shipping and packaging costs
- Thorough inspection of returned product
- Thorough cleaning of returned product
- Repackaging/protecting the product before it is added back to the warehouse shelf.
- Storing the product
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We strongly urge you to repackage the goods with care. We will not be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
